Please join Nature Guelph Wildflower on Tuesday March 21, 2023 at 7:30 pm for a presentation about how Arctic Plants control their local temperature. The event will be held at Water St Church, 287 Water St, Guelph Ontario. Everyone is welcome!
Arctic plants warm their local environment to assist their own reproduction, protect insects and affect the ecosystem and the threats that climate change may pose. Charlotte Coates and Peter Kevan from the University of Guelph will discuss their recent research on thermoregulation in plants.
