Nature Therapy Guide, Kaitlin Powers will teach us about how time spent in nature helps you rejuvenate and be more resilient in your day-to-day life. She will share scientific findings on the health benefits of nature connection, examine what practices help us better reap these rewards, and she will offer some tips on how to fit wellness through nature into your daily life.
Kaitlin Powers is the Director and Lead Instructor for Humans in Nature Wellness Services Inc. She has been guiding community members in supporting their health and wellness through nature connection and outdoor experiences since 2013.
