Join local gull enthusiasts for an exhilarating day of winter gull watching. On a good day on the Niagara River you might be lucky to spot 10+ species of gulls! This action-packed gull treasure hunt will include stops at Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Sir Adam Beck Hydroelectric Station, the Whirlpool, and, of course, THE FALLS! It might be cold and wet, so dress WARMLY!

LOCATION & TIME: Meet at Wild Birds Unlimited (987 Gordon Street, Unit 2, Guelph ON N1G 4W3) to arrange carpooling at 8 am. We should arrive back in Guelph around 5 pm.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- This event is family-friendly, BUT there will be prolonged periods of waiting/standing around, potentially in cold, windy, and/or wet weather. This event is likely not suitable for young children.
- This event is NOT dog-friendly.
- This is a full day event. You will need to bring water, a warm drinks, snacks and a lunch. A short stop for lunch with local businesses nearby will occur. Restrooms will be available at a variety of locations on the trip.
- DRESS WARMLY & IN LAYERS! It will be colder than you think!
- Bring your binoculars and spotting scopes if you have them. If you need some binoculars, Guelph Public Library has binoculars that can be borrowed.
- Carpooling can be arranged by participants at the meeting spot or ahead of time.
