DESCRIPTION:Please join Nature Guelph for a presentation on the Winter Finc
 h Forecast with Tyler Hoar Freelance Ornithologist/Consultant and Winter F
 inch Forecaster! In 2020 Tyler took over as the Winter Finch Forecaster\, 
 from Ron Pittaway who retired after 20 years of providing us a window into
  what may come each winter. Tyler is passionate about finches and is enjoy
 ing the process of creating the winter finch forecast. Some of Tyler's ear
 ly childhood memories were of flocks of Evening Grosbeaks visiting the fam
 ily home each winter. His favourite finches are Evening Grosbeak\, Hawfinc
 h\, Pallas’s Rosefinch\, and White-winged Crossbill.\n\nOur monthly Bird
  Wing meeting will precede the presentation and include bird-related news\
 , Wellington Notable Bird sightings\, and an update from the regional coor
 dinator for the Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas for Region 47 Wellington. Send
