DESCRIPTION:Please join Nature Guelph Wildflower on Tuesday January 17\, 20
 23 at 7:30 pm for a presentation about Hybridization in Species at Risk. T
 he event will be held at Water St Church\, 287 Water St\, Guelph Ontario. 
 Everyone is welcome!\nDr Brian Husband will discuss hybridization between 
 native and non native trees and how the process hinders or enhances surviv
 al of the native species. He will discuss Red Mulberry\, Sweet Crabapple a
 nd American Chestnut.\n\nBrian is a professor in the College of Biological
  Science at University of Guelph. He was Associate Dean Academic for ~15 y
 ears and received the John Bell award for contributions to education. He w
 as the recipient of a Canada Research Chair and Premiers Research Excellen
 ce Award for his research\, which explores the ecology\, genetics\, and re
 productive biology of plant populations and has advanced our understanding
  of adaptation to environmental change\, species formation\, and ecologica
