DESCRIPTION:Join the Nature Guelph Bird Wing group at one of Ontario's prem
 ier spring migration hotspots: Rondeau Provincial Park! The group will mee
 t inside the park at 7:00AM\, and will visit a variety of trails and habit
 ats in and around the park\, ending mid-afternoon (including a break for l
 unch). Participation in the afternoon portion of the trip is optional. The
  exact itinerary for the day will depend on the weather and birding condit
 ions. Participants should expect to walk several kilometers over the cours
 e of the day\, with some driving to trailheads. Carpooling is encouraged a
 nd can be arranged before or during the event. Participants should plan to
  bring their own lunch\, and will need to pay for entry into the park. \n
 \nEvent is currently at capacity. Please feel free to join the waiting lis
 t and we will let you know if spaces open up allowing you to join us. Natu
 re Guelph members are welcome to register early. Non-members may only regi

 will be targeting any and all spring migrants\, including warblers\, vireo
 s\, sparrows\, flycatchers\, thrushes and more. \n\nRondeau Provincial Pa
 rk is located on the north shore of Lake Erie near Morpeth\, Ontario\, sou
 th of Highway 401 off of Kent Bridge Rd. Washrooms and water are available
  throughout the park\, but options for food near the park are limited\, so
  participants are encouraged to bring their own food. As the weather in Ma
 y can be variable\, the following is recommended: optics (binoculars and/o
 r camera)\, layered clothing suitable for both cold and warm weather\, rai
 nwear\, a hat\, comfortable footwear\, sunscreen\, snacks\, and lunch. Rub
 ber boots may be recommended depending on the water level in Lake Erie.\n\
 nAbout the walk:\n\n- bring your binoculars\, water\, snacks and lunch\n\n
 - dress for the weather and prepare for spring walking conditions\n\n- if 
 you need binoculars\, consider borrowing them from the Guelph Public Libra
